Items made from natural stones and materials are unique and will have variations in color, transparency, size, and condition. All efforts are made to ensure materials are undamaged when used in a new product. If a product is determined to be faulty through no fault of the purchaser through normal use, it will be replaced. Normal use includes wearing, displaying, and handling in a reasonable manner. If a product is dropped from a high distance, pulled with excessive force, or otherwise mishandled, it will not qualify for a refund or replacement. Our beads and other products are to be generally treated as one would treat jewelry. Sacred Story Stones products are not toys and are not meant for young children. If the beads are pulled apart through the mishandling described above, the small parts constitute a choking hazard. The beads are not ever to be given to a child younger than 3 years age.
If you are unhappy with your beads for a reason not described above, you may return the item to be exchanged or request your money back within 30 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing email@example.com and you must return the physical product in its original condition. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. Custom made or one-of-a-kind items may not be returned. Final sales or clearance items may not be returned.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
